A Coaching Collective helping Lead Pastor Couples Thrive

THE HEART

The Lead Table exists to give lead pastor couples a place to find encouragement, friendship, and coaching — a table where you don’t have to perform, where you can be filled, refreshed, and strengthened to lead from overflow.

The Lead Table is a curated collective where growth is thoughtful, tailored, and rooted in experience, not theory.

You’ll be fed by some of the top spiritual and leadership chefs in the nation who will create an environment designed for honest dialogue, practical insight, and growth that actually translates into your life, marriage, and church.

Because leadership at this level is never carried alone, The Lead Table is built for couples. Together, you’ll gain tools to align your leadership, navigate pressure with unity, and grow in both effectiveness and intimacy. As you are strengthened personally and relationally, your leadership rises from a healthier, more sustainable place.

This is not fast food leadership. It’s intentional, relational, and deeply formative.

THE
EXPERIENCE

Intentional gatherings, world-class coaching, and meaningful connection are all part of the Lead Table Experience. Through in-person moments, virtual sessions, and trusted voices, you’ll gain clarity, alignment, and practical tools to help your marriage and leadership thrive.
